Senior Project Manager who thrives in fast-paced, multi-site
commercial construction environments. If you’ve managed large-scale
retail or restaurant remodels and know how to lead cross-functional
teams across the country, this is your opportunity to step into a
high-impact leadership role. ? About the Role As a Senior PM ,
you’ll oversee a portfolio of complex projects nationwide—from
initiation to deployment—ensuring timelines, budgets, safety, and
quality standards are met. You’ll work across departments and
directly influence both client and vendor relationships while
managing internal and external teams. ? What You’ll Bring 7 years
of construction project management experience (remodels, rollouts,
TI) Experience in big-box retail or fast casual/QSR environments
Strong grasp of MEP systems , project lifecycle, and safety
compliance Skilled in Agile, Waterfall, and hybrid project
methodologies Ability to manage multiple sites and teams
simultaneously Familiarity with OSHA 30 and PM tools (Procore, MS
Project, etc.) Excellent leadership, budget oversight, and
client-facing communication skills Key Responsibilities Lead
nationwide multi-site projects from planning to completion Manage
budgets, scheduling, subcontractors, and internal coordination
Oversee risk, quality control, and on-site safety Provide
executive-level status updates and progress reporting Influence
stakeholder alignment and vendor performance Drive innovation and
