Job Description Job Description The Events & Shows Specialist
supports and executes Yerba Madre's national trade show and
large-scale sponsored events channel, serving as the primary point
of coordination and execution from annual planning through
execution and performance reporting. This role is responsible for
managing logistics, timelines, and on-site execution to ensure
events deliver best-in-class brand experiences while supporting
retail and growth objectives. This role is a specialist-level
individual contributor role focused on hands-on execution, partner
coordination, and operational excellence. When not engaged in
required work-related travel, this role is expected to work onsite
three days per week from our Downtown Los Angeles office. How
you'll help: Support and execute the national trade show and
large-scale sponsored events portfolio, including annual planning,
prioritization, and performance outcomes Coordinate end-to-end
planning and execution of events from concept through completion
Develop event timelines, run-of-show documents, staffing plans, and
contingency plans Track and manage event budgets and expenses,
ensuring cost efficiency and strategic allocation of resources
Partner with Sales, Brand, Field Activation, and external partners
to support event execution Coordinate vendor, agency, contract,
permitting, shipping, and logistics. Ensure brand standards are
upheld across all on-site elements, including signage, uniforms,
displays, and consumer touchpoints Support and participate in
on-site execution, including setup, activation flow, compliance,
and takedown Track and report on KPIs, including consumer reach,
sampling volume, lead capture, and retail impact Contribute to
post-event debriefs and provide insights and recommendations to
leadership What you'll provide: 2-5 years of relevant experience in
experiential marketing, event program management, brand activation,
or related fields Hands on experience supporting or leading
large-scale event programs such as trade shows, festivals, or
sponsored events Strong background in budget management, vendor
leadership, and logistics operations Working knowledge of event
budgeting and expense tracking Strong Communication, collaboration
and organization skills is a must Willingness to travel frequently
and work non-traditional hours during event periods How you'll be

REQUIREMENTS: Ability to travel frequently (30–50% of time) to
trade shows, festivals, and sponsored events across North America.
Availability to work non-traditional hours, including evenings,
weekends, and extended days during event periods. Must be able to
lift, carry, and move event materials (up to 50 lbs) including
tents, signage, cases of product, and event equipment. Comfortable
working long hours on feet in outdoor environments, sometimes in
varying weather conditions. Ability to drive and maintain a valid
driver's license; experience with event vehicles, box trucks, or
trailers is a plus. Flexibility to adapt to real-time challenges
and physically demanding setups and takedowns. What we offer: The
pay range for this role is an estimate based on a wide range of
compensation factors; actual pay offered may vary based on (but not
limited to) work experience, education and/or training, critical
skills, and/or business considerations. Sales commissions and/or
variable pay plans are also offered depending on the position (ex:
