Premier America family! Overview: We are seeking a strategic,
forward-thinking Head of Marketing to shape the brand identity and
growth trajectory of Premier America Credit Union. This role
oversees the end-to-end marketing ecosystem—from strategic brand
positioning and member insights to high-performance digital
acquisition and community engagement. You will lead a
high-performing team to drive member growth, deepen product
penetration (loans, deposits, wealth management), and ensure
seamless, "digital-first" member experience across all touchpoints.
The ideal candidate brings not only deep technical and Marketing
expertise, but also a demonstrated ability to think
multidimensionally, act with integrity, and communicate with
clarity and influence at all levels of the organization. What You
Will Do: This role oversees the Marketing function with ownership
and accountability in the following areas: Strategic leadership and
brand governance – spearhead Premier America’s brand evolution, own
annual planning and undertake the appropriate measures to ensure
our market positioning in a crowded financial landscape. Key driver
in performance marketing and growth – full-funnel acquisition
through multi-channel campaigns to drive high intent leads for core
products, go to market strategies to drive lending and deposit
growth, and digital optimization. Member lifecycle and retention
(CRM) – build sophisticated automated journeys for member
onboarding, cross-selling and win-back strategies; understand
Premier America’s member markets and ensures that the right
products are presented at the right time in a way that aligns with
member needs; pulse check member loyalty through data-driven
insights (Net Promoter Score), and identify opportunities for
member advocacy and personalized communication; establish and track
KPIs to ensure actionable reporting and insights. Community and
omnichannel experience – Continue and enhance Premier America’s
local engagement; ensure cohesive brand experience within branches
and lead content development through various delivery channels that
continues our storytelling to build trust and authority. Daily
management and oversight including budget ownership, ROI-driven
decision-making, vendor management and cross-functional
collaboration with other senior management and stakeholders. KPI
management and analytics – Determine key metrics and ensure regular
reporting to all stakeholders for insights on how our products and
services are performing and member satisfaction. Team leadership
and innovation – lead and develop a high-performing team capable of
delivering excellence while creating time and capacity for
strategic thinking. Requirements: What We Are Looking For:
Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or a related field
required; MBA preferred. 10 years of progressive marketing
leadership experience in financial services, Fintech, or other
highly regulated consumer industry. Proven track record of aligning
marketing strategy with enterprise goals, managing market
complexity, and enabling growth in evolving markets. Deep
understanding of CRM (i.e. Salesforce/Hubspot), marketing
automation and performance media. Ability to develop and inspire
high-performing teams and foster a culture of continuous learning
and improvement. Strong interpersonal skills and executive
presence; able to build trust and influence across the
organization. Experience working directly with board members and
regulatory bodies, including preparation of board materials and
regulatory filings. Paygrade Info: The base pay for this position
