Job Description:
A person in this position is responsible for accurately
processing returned items. This includes; identifying the returned
items, accurately updating the data base as instructed, placing all
returned product in designated area. This process must be
thoroughly documented and tracked on orders and appropriate
systems. A person in this position must be highly organized and
have the ability to be mulit-task oriented and work independently
or with others. The person will be required provide support to all
warehouse departments as needed. Duties: - Process returns within
SLA - Document and note all returns - Keep area neat, clean, and
organized - Assist in other areas as needed Requirements: -
Frequently lifting and/or moving up to 35 lbs., ability to lift up
to 50 lbs - May be required to pull, push, climb, balance, stoop,
kneel, crough, and reach with arms
