Including, but not limited to cross-functional reporting, and initiative analytics for internal clients. Act as a subject matter expert (SME) related to data sources, extraction methods and data interpretation. You will perform in-depth analysis, develop recommendations, and provide consultative technical advice for on-going company operations or in response to shifting and emerging business strategies.   • Investigate data errors, and organizational performance issues, support cause evaluation, data analysis, trend analysis, and develop recommendations and escalation to appropriate resources.
  • Coordinate and administrate large cross functional or centralized forums.
  • Information / records management.
  • Business continuity process management.
  • Staffing and onboarding.
  • Cross functional or centralized reporting and analytical services.
  • Perform other responsibilities and duties as assigned. Qualifications
    The essentials
    • Five years of experience in business analysis. The preferred
      • Bachelor's Degree in Business or related field or an equivalent combination of education, training and experience.
      • Experience with Power BI, SAS, Sharepoint.
      • Knowledge of Distribution and/or Transmission Business processes and SCE policies, procedures, objectives and strategies.
      • Effective resource and project planning, decision making, results delivery, team building, and the ability to stay current with relevant technology and innovation. You should know
        • This position's work mode is hybrid.The employee will report to an SCE facility for a set number of days with the option to work remotely on the remaining days.Unless otherwise noted, employees are required to reside in the state of California.Further details of this work mode will be discussed at the interview stage.
