Members.Sr. PLM Change AnalystThe Niagara Product Lifecycle
Management (PLM) team is a broad reaching partner, trusted to
provide and build a culture around quality product data management
from inception to end-of-life. We employ consistent, end-user
focused processes and maintain a secure single source of truth in
order to enable efficiency, scalability, and product
excellence.
The Sr PLM Change Analyst is responsible for evaluating, creating,
maintaining, and completing the process of project management for
the product record through the discontinuance phase. The Sr PLM
Change Analyst is also responsible for training team members and
collaborating with teams to achieve business objectives through
various phases of the product lifecycle.Detailed
DescriptionEvaluates project requests for applicability,
feasibility, and adherence to established guidelines.Calculates the
optimal route, approvers, and items for projects.Creates change
requests, change orders, and PLM projects utilizing guidelines,
systematic tools, and company knowledge.Authors detailed
instructions for multiple internal users, using technical and
conversational terminology to maximize understanding while
minimizing errors and time needed to completion.Instructs users on
proper guidelines and project management best practices.Monitors
and maintains progress of change requests, change orders, and
projects to ensure timelines are met and objectives are completed
correctly.Completes all necessary project forms such as ECO and ECR
in Agile and all necessary systems.Monitors change requests for new
items, projects, transitions, compliance updates, and
anomaliesUnderstands overall Niagara production and service flow
from order to shipment.Recognizes opportunities for all parts and
processes around the beverage and core water parts of the
business.Identifies and validates change orders along established
guidelines and industry best practices.Investigates project related
issue questions raised by users of all levels and functions within
the organization.Effectively present results and learning from
daily observation and understanding of key issues regarding project
management.Evaluates project requests for applicability,
feasibility, and adherence to established guidelines.Assists in
development and application of project management guidelines,
through the concept and design phase to the process flow from
beginning to end.Designates the prioritization of all open projects
as well as collaborating with other departments to determine future
projects.Write and publish SOPs for team members to use for various
required PLM activities especially project management.Instruct
cross-functional users on proper guidelines, change management best
practices, and PLM system usage.Lead the PLM activities and be a
PLM subject matter expert on various cross-functional projects and
workstream calls.Exercise team leadership through training team
members, both internal and external, on processes. Also, lead
fellow team members to work through issues that arise in the
day-to-day.Partner with team leadership to execute strategic team
goals.Collaborate with cross-functional teams on process
developments & improvements as needed.Reports trends, progress,
anomalies, and lessons learned to the rest of the project
management team and/or all levels and functions of the
organization.Develops knowledge and understanding of industry and
