Description
Job Summary: We are seeking a knowledgeable and experienced ADMS (Advanced Distribution Management System) Consultant with a strong background in power systems engineering. The ideal candidate will support utility clients in the deployment, customization, integration, and optimization of ADMS platforms to enhance grid operations, reliability, and efficiency.



Key Responsibilities:

Lead or support ADMS implementation projects, including system configuration, testing, and commissioning.
Work closely with utility clients to analyze power system models and integrate them into ADMS platforms (e.g., GE Grid, Schneider Electric, Siemens Spectrum Power).
Customize and fine-tune ADMS functionalities such as Volt/VAR control, FLISR, load forecasting, and outage management.
Conduct power flow, short-circuit, and other studies using tools such as CYME, PSS -E, PSCAD, or PowerFactory.
Collaborate with IT/OT teams to ensure secure and efficient system integration with SCADA, GIS, OMS, and DMS.
Provide technical guidance, documentation, and training for utility staff and stakeholders.
Stay up to date with emerging trends in smart grid technologies, DER integration, and utility digital transformation.



Qualifications:
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Power Systems, or related field.
3-7+ years of experience in ADMS or related distribution management systems.
Hands-on experience with at least one major ADMS platform (GE, Schneider, Siemens, Oracle, etc.).
Strong knowledge of electrical distribution systems and utility operational practices.
Experience with real-time systems, SCADA integration, and DERMS is a plus.
Familiarity with IEC 61850, CIM, DNP 3 and other utility communication protocols is desirable.
