Job Description:
A company is looking for a Sr A/B Testing and Optimization
Analyst to drive A/B testing and optimization efforts for their
digital platforms.
Key Responsibilities
Collaborate with business partners to identify opportunities for
improving customer experiences using qualitative and quantitative
data
Conduct in-depth analyses of marketing and sales data to inform
test ideation and conversion rate optimization
Utilize Adobe Target and AEM to create personalized digital
experiences while ensuring data consistency across platforms
Required Qualifications
2+ years of experience with A/B testing tools (e.g., Adobe Target,
Optimizely, VWO)
2+ years of experience with web analytics tools (e.g., Adobe
Analytics, Google Analytics)
2+ years of experience with workflow management tools (e.g., Adobe
Workfront, JIRA)
Familiarity with front-end development (HTML, CSS)
Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint
