Job Description:
A company is looking for an EAP Worklife Analyst for the
Medicare Team.
Key Responsibilities
Provide consultation, assessment, and resource referrals for child
care, elder/adult care, and everyday needs
Document member interactions and research/case fulfillment in the
system
Work in an inbound and outbound call center environment, handling
various types of calls
Required Qualifications
1+ year of experience in locating and referring to community
resources
1+ year of experience working with elderly and/or adults with
disabilities
1+ year of experience in social work, social services, or case
management
1+ year of experience conducting psychosocial and/or needs
assessments
Bachelor's degree required in Social Work or a related field
