Job Description:
A company is looking for a Senior I-9 Help Desk Analyst to
provide client support and manage I-9 compliance processes.
Key Responsibilities
Provide client support for inquiries related to I-9 and E-Verify
through various communication channels
Manage E-Verify submissions and resolve compliance issues while
ensuring program adherence
Participate in system updates, troubleshoot technical issues, and
complete daily intake and report reviews
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree
2+ years of I-9 experience preferred
Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and Google Suite
Ability to adapt to various Knowledge Management Systems
Experience managing confidential and sensitive information
