A company is looking for a Bilingual English and Spanish Senior
Customer Service Representative.
Key Responsibilities
Handle outbound member phone calls to assist with scheduling
preventative health services
Ensure quality customer service by proactively identifying needs
and connecting members to resources
Maintain accurate documentation and meet established productivity
and quality standards
Required Qualifications
High School Diploma / GED
Must be 18 years of age or older
1+ years of customer service experience
Bilingual verbal and written fluency in English and Spanish
Experience making outbound calls for 6+ hours a day
