Job Description:
A company is looking for an Associate RVP, Mid Market Sales.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and maintain a pipeline of self-insured employer clients in
the specified territory
Independently manage the sales process from initial conversation to
closing deals
Collaborate with legal and Customer Success teams on contract
negotiations and program implementations
Required Qualifications
Must reside in the specified territory (WA, OR, ID, MT, WY, CA, NV,
UT, CO, AZ, NM, AK, HI)
Bachelor's degree and at least 5 years of relevant work
experience
Experience in employer sales with a history of closing complex
deals
Subject matter expertise in healthcare, employee health benefits,
or digital health
Proven track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales
quotas
