Job Description:
A company is looking for a Service Representative to support the
Wisconsin Children's Long-Term Support program.
Key Responsibilities
Address and resolve inquiries from providers, County Waiver
Agencies, and the Department of Health Services
Utilize internal software tools to effectively research and resolve
issues
Ensure customer satisfaction by providing timely and accurate
responses
Required Qualifications
1-3 years of relevant work experience in a related field
Solid understanding of Wisconsin Medicaid and healthcare insurance
programs
Proficiency in using computers, including Microsoft Office
Ability to conduct training sessions for stakeholders
Independent decision-making skills within a team-oriented
environment
