This role is pivotal in delivering innovative security solutions that span on-site guarding, electronic security, fire, and safety services. The Account Executive will focus on expanding our commercial client base, ensuring top-notch service delivery tailored to unique client needs, thereby fortifying our mission to safeguard homes, workplaces, and communities. Develop new business opportunities by identifying prospects and evaluating their position in the industry; researching and analyzing sales options. Sell security solutions by establishing contact and developing relationships with prospects; recommending solutions that align with client needs. Maintain relationships with clients by providing support, information, and guidance; researching and recommending new opportunities; recommending profit and service improvements. Prepare reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information. Maintain quality service by establishing and enforcing organization standards. Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed. Proven ability to negotiate and close sales deals Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to develop strategic plans and manage large client accounts In-depth knowledge of security systems, electronic security, and relevant technology Strong analytical skills to assess client needs and propose effective solutions Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance 401k Professional Sales Certifications (e.g., Certified Professional Sales Person (CPSP), Certified Sales Leadership Professional (CSLP)) are preferred. Knowledge of CRM software and tools.
