living! Job Overview : We are seeking a motivated and experienced
Sales Representative to drive sales of our premium home automation
systems. This is a commission-based role , ideal for a self-starter
with a proven track record in sales, particularly in home
automation, AV integration, or related industries. Youll build
relationships with homeowners, builders, architects, and
integrators to grow our client base and deliver exceptional smart
home solutions. Key Responsibilities : Identify and pursue new
sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, referrals,
and leads. Present and demonstrate home automation solutions (e.g.,
Control4, Savant, Crestron & Lutron) to prospective clients. Build
and maintain strong relationships with clients, integrators, and
industry partners. Collaborate with our technical team to design
tailored solutions that meet client needs. Close deals and achieve
sales targets to maximize commission earnings. Stay updated on
industry trends, competitor offerings, and new smart home
technologies. Qualifications : 3 years of sales experience in home
automation, AV integration, luxury home systems, or related fields
(experience with Control4, Savant, or Crestron is a strong plus).
Proven ability to generate leads and close high-value sales in a
commission-based or performance-driven role. Strong understanding
of smart home technology, including lighting, audio/video,
security, and networking systems. Excellent communication,
negotiation, and relationship-building skills. Self-motivated,
results-oriented, and comfortable working independently.
Established network of contacts in the homebuilding, architecture,
or interior design industries is a plus. Valid drivers license and
ability to travel to client sites as needed. Compensation : 100%
commission-based with uncapped earning potential. Competitive
