Job Description:
A company is looking for a Contact Center Support Operator
I.
Key Responsibilities
Answer inbound calls and transfer callers to the appropriate
destination while meeting established metrics
Process on-call requests and emergency calls using prescribed
protocols
Perform data entry tasks and provide information to the public
about the organization
Required Qualifications
High School Diploma or GED required
Minimum of 1 year of call or contact center experience or 2 years
of customer service experience
Experience in healthcare or a related field preferred
Emergency Medical Dispatch (EMD) certification preferred
Ability to handle stressful situations and function under
pressure
